Tired of eating all by yourself? Enjoy a traditional Japanese lunch with everyone, made with care by the Tonari Gumi kitchen. The menu also changes every week, so look forward to it every week!

Every Friday from 10 am – 1 pm

The deadline to apply for lunch is 11:00 AM. (Advance reservations are not accepted.)
Only 30 meals are available, and lunch tickets will be sold starting at 10:00 AM on the day. Please note that tickets may sell out before the deadline, so we recommend purchasing early.

Held at Tonari Gumi main building in the main hall.

Kitchen Volunteers:

Help prepare lunch, serve, and clean up with friendly volunteers and staff

Conversation Volunteers:

Converse with various café participants in Japanese and English.

Training and support will be provided.
