Advance Care Planning Workshop in Japanese

Tonari Gumi Community Services is facilitating a two-part workshop using the “Let’s Talk Card,” a card game designed to facilitate conversations about end-of-life care.

With a maximum of six participants per session, this workshop focuses on exploring your personal wishes and planning for future health care.

The workshop begins by reflecting on what matters most to you—your hobbies you wish to continue, what brings you comfort, and the places you love, etc. By identifying what is important to you, we aim to help visualize health care and personal care that align with your values and preferences.
