Genki Gumi
Program held at four Metro Vancouver locations, featuring light exercise, songs, brain exercise and crafts.
Ping Pong Club
A friendly club where beginners can have fun too.

Remote Programs
Participants can join group meetings via internet-based video (Zoom) or group calls by phone (Dialpad). These options are convenient for older adults, including those who live outside urban areas or have difficulty going out.
