- Our New Lighthouse Iki Iki Program on Wednesdays starting at 9:30 a.m. will focus on providing healthy and stimulating activities for individuals who are concerned about or who have symptoms of early stages of dementia. This program will be a roughly 5 hour program consisting of light exercise activities, a Japanese style lunch and other recreational and cultural activities that are geared to the different levels of the participants. All potential participants must be assessed by the Lighthouse Iki Iki Coordinator and so early registration is recommended.
- Special Sake Sociale Workshops and Seminars: a series of four interactive seminars and workshops about sake that will take place on weekday evenings. The purpose is to introduce participants to the world of sake. Session 1: Taste of Sake; Session 2: Pairing Sake with Food; Session 3: Make Your Own Sake at Home; and Session 4: Bring in the Pro’s.
