If you crave authentic Japanese food (especially those items you are not likely to find at Japanese restaurants) – like a wide variety of different kinds of tsukemono (such as fukujinzuke and takuan), mochi manju and yaki manju, sakara mochi, hako-zushi, matsutake tsukudani, various baked goods, etc. or want to find used Japanese decorator items or used kimono’s, Tonari Gumi’s Annual Fall Bazaar is the event for you. We usually have people lined up around the block waiting to come in to make their annual purchases.
Date: Saturday, November 7th
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Place: Tonari Gumi at 42 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver
Don’t miss out on this amazing event. See you there!
P.S. If you have old kimono or Japanese items collecting dust at home, why not donate these items to Tonari Gumi? We can find good homes for these items while earning much needed funds for our programs and services to help the isolated and vulnerable in our community. Call us at (604) 687-2172 ext. 101.
