SFU STAR Institute COVID-19 Response, Resources and Solutions
To our community members:
The SFU STAR Institute has been following the COVID-19 situation. As part of our community engagement strategy we continue to take action to support the needs of senior and caregiver communities. In a time where self isolation is imperative we have curated a comprehensive set of resources and solutions. It is increasingly clear that technology can play a powerful role to connect and provide information during times of disconnection.
We have compiled a comprehensive list of practical resources and solutions that may help the wider community. These range from simple guides for using technology to products and services that can help manage everyday life and activities.
Please go to COVID-19 Resources for Seniors: http://www.sfu.ca/starinstitute/covid-19.html and check back often as we continue to collect more resources to help older adults, their families and their caregivers.
We are living in a dynamic, quickly changing time and we welcome your feedback and ideas. Check out the short survey at the bottom of each resource page and share with us. STAR is committed to providing resources that are useful during this time of need.
