Explore storytelling and food, with artist Cindy Mochizuki. This “social club” encourages you to get creative in the kitchen, sharing stories, memories and advice at the same time as we create delicious snacks, based on recipes both old and new. Over the course of the workshop, we’ll create innovative food “creations”, exploring elements of flavor, colour and texture – we’ll create art out of food! At the end of the workshop, we will share our work with the general public, creating special lunches for 100 lucky patrons. This workshop is free and if you are interested in joining, please contact Tonari Gumi at (604) 687-2172.
